Getting bills online has always been quicker, but now it can also save you money with our Online OnTime 22% prompt payment discount* for residential customers. All you need to do is choose to get your bill online and pay your bill the easiest way of all – by direct debit or internet banking (excludes credit cards).

Getting set up

Take four simple steps and you'll receive our Online OnTime 22% prompt payment discount*.

  1. Register for Online Services or sign in if you're already registered.
  2. Choose 'Online Billing' as part of the registration process or sign in to your account, select the Online Billing link and choose the account/s you'd like to sign up to Online Billing.
  3. Pay your bill by direct debit, SmoothPay direct debit, internet banking or telephone banking in full and by the due date.
  4. Complete the Online OnTime application form by clicking the button below.

*Online OnTime is available to residential customers who get electricity and/or natural gas from us. Online OnTime 22% prompt payment discount cannot be combined with any other prompt payment discount. Excludes LPG, business accounts, PrePower, any payments made by any means by credit card (including direct debit payment by credit card, or internet banking payment by credit card). Online OnTime is not available to customers on KickStart, Refresh or PowerSure Plans.
