Flexible invoicing options

We can invoice by site or provide a summary of your business as a whole if we supply to multiple sites (depending on the meter configuration). Talk to us about what suits you best.

We also offer a range of payment methods, including direct debit and telephone and Internet banking. If you pay by these methods, please make sure you send us a remittance advice so we can reconcile your payment.

We offer a 10% prompt payment discount for all invoices paid in full by the due date.

Online billing (gas)

Sign up to receive your gas invoices online. It’s the perfect option if you prefer online communication to paper. (Online billing for electricity is only available for businesses with profile meters at this stage.)
