Online Services

Register for our online services – a free service you can use to access your account information online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Here's what you can see and do online

  • Get an up-to-date summary of your accounts.
  • Update your account details.
  • Add or remove accounts.
  • Review your transaction history for the last 12 months.
  • View a graph of your energy usage so you can compare month-on-month for the previous two years.
  • Link your Fly Buys number to your Contact Energy residential accounts.
  • Check when your next meter reading is scheduled.
  • Register for Online Billing.
  • Set up direct debits or SmoothPay direct debits online.
  • Turn up the HEAT - use our Home Energy Assessment Tool that gives you personalised advice on ways to save money around your home and reduce your energy bill.
