Residential Pricing

We have a wide range of pricing plans for gas and electricity. You can check out the most common pricing plans for your area here online – or give us a call. Your specific plan will depend on the way your meter is set up.

Lower fixed daily charge for low users of electricity

You could benefit from a  low user plan  if the electricity you use at your home is less than 8,000 kWh a year, or 9,000 kWh a year if you live in the Lower South region.

Discounts

We offer a number of discounts on all of our pricing plans such as:

• DualEnergy™ discount of 40 cents per day (excluding GST) if you get both your gas and electricity from us
• Prompt payment discount (10% if you pay your bill in full by the due date).

Power up your Fly Buys

As a Contact residential customer, you can collect Fly Buys points just by paying for the energy you use every day. You need to link your residential Contact account(s) to your Fly Buys number to start collecting Fly Buys. You can do this when you join. Or, at a later date, you can link your Fly Buys number to your account(s) using our online services or give us a call.
