You can arrange to connect at your new property online right here, right now. You can also arrange for a final reading and to disconnect electricity and/or gas supply at your current address.

It will help if you know:

  • your account number (you’ll find this at the top right-hand corner of your Contact bill)
  • the location of your electricity and gas meter for the property you would like us to supply
  • your Fly Buys number if you have one
  • your landlord's name, address and phone number if you're renting
