You can arrange to connect at your new property online right here, right now. You can also arrange for a final reading and to disconnect electricity and/or gas supply at your current address.

It will help if you know:

your account number (you’ll find this at the top right-hand corner of your Contact bill)
the location of your electricity and gas meter for the property you would like us to supply
your Fly Buys number if you have one
your landlord's name, address and phone number if you're renting
