Fly Buys

Contact is the only electricity and natural gas supplier that offers Fly Buys to residential customers (excludes LPG and those using prepaid electricity meters).  You can collect Fly Buys points just by paying for the energy you use every day.

What is Fly Buys?

Fly Buys is New Zealand's leading customer loyalty programme. You can redeem Fly Buys points for flights, accommodation and fantastic rewards simply by doing your everyday shopping with any of Fly Buys' participating companies. It's all about where you shop - not how much you spend.

What's more Fly Buys is completely free - there are no joining, membership or transaction fees.

Collecting Fly Buys with Contact

Here's how it works:

• We allocate one Fly Buys point for every $50 you pay on your electricity and/or natural gas account(s).
• If your bill is less than $50, we'll add the amount to your next month's points allocation.

Start collecting Fly Buys

You need to link your residential Contact account(s) to your Fly Buys number to start collecting Fly Buys. You can do this online using our Online Services.

Not already a Fly Buys member?

Joining Fly Buys is easy and only takes a few minutes – just fill in the online application form at www.flybuys.co.nz. Alternatively, you can call 0800 FLY BUYS (0800 359 2897), Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
