Stay with Contact when you move to your new site and there’ll be one less thing for you to worry about. Just give us a call before moving day and we’ll arrange everything. You can call our Customer Service Team on 0800 20 9000 any time between 7am and 9pm Monday to Friday and between 8am and 5pm on Saturdays. (It will help if you have a recent Contact invoice to refer to.)
Are we in your area?
Contact supplies electricity to most of the country and gas to large areas of the North Island. Check to see if we can supply electricity and/or gas to your new site if you’re moving to a new area.
Vacating your current site
Please call us before you move out so we can arrange your final meter reading. It would be helpful if you could call us at least 2 days before the move.
For larger users
